Transferred violating circular in bank

I joined OBC bank in 2017 as a clerk.
Today it is almost one and a half year in the bank and I got the transfer letter to adjust a newly married girl. Moreover I already have been transfered 2 times and this time I have been transfered 100 km from my Hometown.
According to general policy for workmen/clerk in bank a clerk can be transferred only after 5 years of service in a branch.
please explore options what can I Do or don't in this situation.

Bank can transfer employees as per their administrative exigencies, subject to agreement with Unions. You may please contact your Union to resolve the issue.

I agree bank exigencies but there are already 7-9 years experienced clerks working then why pick and choose. I am also getting married in next 2 months .So what should I do now
