My mother gave me 5 acres of agricultural land as gift for seeing her at end. now, my brother is filling sue on me for getting 1/2 share from that gift. Now, what are the consequences for me. I hope a response from experts.

Dear querist,
In case gift deed is valid and your mother had bonafide title on the land then your brother has no right on the land.
In case your mother is alive she can cancel the gift deed.
