Daakhil kharij/mutation after 143 in up

Dear Sir, I am going to buy a plot in Jhansi. My seller has already done it 143. I have listened that if i buy this land, then i will not be able to get mutation in my name, because mutation after 143 is not possible. Please advise.

Who told you this, this is all bullsh*t.

Sec 143 is for change of use land from agriculture to residential.

This has nothing to barr mutation of land after sale.

Thank you Sir for you reply. My seller and their councels tell me that it has been classified as ''abadi land''. Now my name can not be registered in khatauni. Please suggest.
