Survey number

I have booked a plot a long time ago. Organiser of the project is not registering the plot on my name (not making sale deed). He says that he has not been able to obtain Non-Agricultural status for a part of the project. So sale deed cannot be made according to him. To verify what the organiser is saying, I want to find out the survey number and status of the project and my plot. How to do this ? Thanks
