Sir,
I have filed suit for declaration of title on basis of adverse possession but on reading of some judgements of court I found that plea of adverse possession is only available as a defense to defendant.
Defendant have counterclaim to recover the possession . If again I raised plea of adverse possession in written statement (reply to counterclaim) will it consider as a defense?
