Online offensive comments about gandhiji

I found this offensive comments about Mahatma Gandhi on News Paper comment section which I regularly follow,

Narendra Mertia: नाथु रम गोडसे को ज्यादा से ज्यादा एक हत्यारा कहा जा सकता है. उसने और किसी कोकोइ नुकसान नहीं पंहूचया था. मेरी राय में तो उसे गाँधी जी हत्या देश के बंटवाडे केपहले ही कर देनी थी, बाद में करने से उसके हत्या करने काकोइ प्रयोजन तो रहा नहीं था.

Narendra Mertia: जिन्ना देश का दुश्मन था. उसके और महात्मा गाँधी के कारण देश का बंटवाडा हुआ. हज़रोलोगो की हत्याए, आगजनी, लूट और बलात्कार हुए. ऐसे देश के दुश्मन की तस्वीर देश में ही किसी विस्व् विध्यालय में लगी रहे, यह देश द्रोहिता से कम नहीं है.

I did not feel well with this comment. Is there any remedy for such things in Cyber Law after removal of section 66A?? Or it just falls under right of experssion and user can write anything about respected well known figures without thinking sentiments of their followers??

A year or two ago the police would have registered a case but after SC diktat IT Act 66A requires an enquiry by a Senior Police officer and a case would be registered and actioned upon on his discretion.

I do not see any criminal nor civil case since you do not have a locus standii in this case especially since no unparliamentary words are used. Ask the editor to delete the comments if you have problems with it.

Thank you for your views Mr Vivek. I did not find this particular line comfortable,

For this I want to know if Supporting, provoking or cheering murders is no offence in law??

And in second comment this particular point,

महात्मा गाँधी के कारण देश का बंटवाडा हुआ. हज़रोलोगो की हत्याए, आगजनी, लूट और बलात्कार हुए.

This claim has no base, that's why I believe it's a purposeful comment to dishonour a well known public figure. Should we treat it as a right of expression to dishonour, abuse without any base to anyone??

Again you are asking for an opinion there is no locus standii especially since the person is already dead, no section of the IPC provides for punishment for threat of murder to a dead person. Iam certain the high court judges would consider this as a freedom of expression , he isnt claiming a fact if he was then you only have a Civil cause of action which would be definitely be a futile battle.
