Attendance proof for respondent

1)I am respondent in a maintenance case (family court) . I attended the court with out approved leave. My boss asking for the proof that i was present in the court on the date. I am working in PSU. is there any procedure to get the attendance certificate (for respondent)?

2) My boss also asking for the about my efforts for the postponement of the proceeding. is it possible to postpone the proceedings by approaching the court on the date other than case proceedings held?
