A property is in name of mother . In this family there is mother, father & a son . After death of mother who is the owner of property father or son ?

The property will devolve equally both on tthe father (her husband) and sons/daughters.

wherever you buy , first make sure that there are no infestation problems beforehand.... so you can get them checked or removed through bed bug spray.
