hello, we have rented our place to a tenant in mumbai to a welder. but he has subleted portion of it to a welding shop.how can i take compalint on this with the EB office. can we file a complaint with MSEB that he is misusing the connection and get the connection disconnected for him. we have given sevarl notice in this regard but he had not take any action. please advise
