As advised, you apply for compassionate appointment. If your application is considered favourably you could be appointed to a post based on your qualifications and experience, if any.

While considering someone for compassionate appointment only the indignant condition of the family is the consideration and the person cannot be offered more than lowest Gp-C or D post.
