Gratuity calculation for part year.

Dear sir,

you have to cross more than six months service for counting of year gratuity subject to eligibility of 5 years minimum service 

At first, you worked up to 30 November, 2017 (yet not come), again you worked up to 8 December, 2017, which 8 days ahead of the earlier date, which has still not happened.

For whatever period you have worked or propose to work, better fight with your organisation to give you gratuity for whatever period you prefer to get. Otherwise, you may better read the relevant Act, called the Payment of Gratuity Act, as you dobn't want to understand, what the experts want you to know as per the Act.

ANY PURPOSE OF MAKING SUCH A VAGUE QUERY, WHEN NOT YOUR PERSONAL PROBLEM?
