Respected Sir/Madam,
I was purchasing a room in gaonthan property on dtd.17.01.2012 with amount of Rs.15 Lacs in Cash. The Ex-tenants told me that "There is no registration when i purchase the room and requesting me to kindly do the notarized registration of sale agreements". When i got the information from other sources, i heard that the land is Gaonthan Property so i could not get the finance from banks.
So i would like to request you, kindly brief me that i done a wrong agreement or any problem happen is future?
