I bought a property in A SRA-PROJECT building from the Owner in the year 2006
The deal was done and all the necessary documents were processed. Viz
1. Agreement sale deed with the owner
2. Power of attorney
3. Transfer charges were paid to the society
4. NO from the Owner & the society was obtained to transfer the rights pertaining to the flat
5. Name on the Electricity bill was changed to my name
6. Maintainance receipts the society were also given in my name.
Please guide me to transfer the rights and register the property in my name.
