Hi, Police has sent 498a FIR is to the court Can we file the 498a quash petition in court before the police filing the charge sheet ( or ) do we need to wait until the chargesheet is filed?

Hi

It is better to wait till Police files Charge Sheet so that you can question all the allegations of your wife. However, you can go for quash of FIR also.
