1. In DV Act of 2005 case, is examination-in-chief allowed as Affidivate ? meaning is complainant allowed to provide evidence by way of filing proof of affidavit ?
2. What does Hon'ble SC opinion on such affidvivate ?
3. Any HC citations available opposing it ?
