With the Due Respects I have a issue to discusse with you all , I assigned a Job Consultancy ( Vinayak Job Consultancy , Raipur ) for Job Interview By Paying Registration Fees 300/- Paid and committed to payment after Appointiment of 15 Days of Job Will be pay 50% of Salary , in this the consultancy Conducted An InterView ( SKS Power Ltd , Siltara Raipur ) Whichever LOI Given me with a less of Salary Offer which i denited to Join in this regard Job Consulatancy giving me Pressure to payment the 50% Amount of mentioned in LOI job offer of Company along with advocate fees by giving me a Legal Notice through An Advocate so my Question is i did not joined the same job offered me how is Legal Liabilty arising on this matter.
Kindly Sugest me best way ressolve this issue.
