i have worked for 3 years in a company they given me settlement 2700. and the less amount for notice period and laptop damage over all 54 k. laptop is insured. they are telling me to bare full amount . pls help me

give notice for the damages and file suit before Consumer Forum for damage of your Laptop and file suit before Labour Court for recovery of due salary

The matter could be disputed and taken in litigation. The question is, whether it is worth the efforts inherent. Anyhow, you may issue a legal notice and await the response.
