Property gift rule

Hi,

My wife had property around 22000 Sq feet in Vellore and this property gifted to her sister without husband concern on last year.

Also this property gifted to her sister document did in one of local court.

There is any possibility law act to cancel this deed of gifted property, since husband/son not signed any of document for this property transfer in court.

Please help me on this
