Will probate

Hello All,

We have file a suit in City Civil Court for Execuation of Will. The Responded Party has filed a Cavet and since then there lawyers are not attending the suit.

Currently there are three respondent to the suit, Amoug three one party has given the No objection to the Excute the will. Other two are still intended to contest the suit. But are not attending the hearing.

It's the duty of the civil judge to summon these two respondents and if they fail to appear inspite of service of summon to them, proceed with the probation of the Will. The newspaper publication is usually made by the court for general public to know about the probation of the Will, your lawyer should order for this newspaper publication if not yet done.
