Not following sc orders, isn't a contempt ?

Respected learnds!,

In one of my case, while disposing an SLP for interim application the Hon'ble SupremeCourt has issued clear directions towards trail court to dispose the main petition by October end. However, in trail there is no LCR file (as LCR has been sent to appellate court when o/p has callanged one more interim order).

What can be done in such situations, what all possible outcomes in such scenario. As my o/p is dragging the current appeal in appellate court  and in view of SC guidlines because they do not want to comeforward to finish the case.

Regards

It is not contempt. SC has issued a guideline only. There is procedural lapse only.

These are the SC orders ..
I suppose they are different from Guidlines
