Whether bombay high court has review jurisdiction arising out of criminal writ petition?

I have a matter in which the petitioner filed Writ Petition before the Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench for direction to Police authorities to register her complaint. However, the matter apparently dismissed with non-speaking order. I preferred SLP against that order which was dismissed as withdrawn. Now, my client want me to file review. But, this one question keeps striking my mind that whether Bombay High Court has Review Jurisdiction in a matter arising out of Criminal Writ?
