I came new house on June 16 2017 in anna nagar, medavakkam. From the beggning onwards My Owner is speaking rudely. i asked him to provide rental agreement for getting Gas cylinder from agency. but he spoke with me rudely and told " i will not provide rental agreement or vacate home immediately".
Daily he will drink and come to my Apartment and speak rudely. becasue of this, i am mentally disturbed.
i am not sure whether he will give back or not advance amount 25k when i am vacating house. i am afraid of that.
Please suggest me and what should i do. is there any legal action to take against my owner.
