How to get my divorce copy

Dear Sir,

I have no copies of my divorce.

It was an x party divorce and i dont remember the exact date and the year of the divorce. Its hardly 5 yrs .

Can you help me how to get the papers.

contact local lawyer within the jurisdicton of court who granted exparte decree

Sir, i don't know who was the local lawyer and i don't remember the exact year also, with out these papers i m facing difficulties to stay with my mother since she is aged and a heart patient,now they wanted me to move out and look after my stay.

You should know which court has granted the divorce, then only with a lot of search, the divorce decree can be got from the court.

apply for certify copy in concerning court.

The divorce was taken in a local Court where you are residing. so go to that Court and request the Superintendent of the Court with an application and necesaary fees. or consult a local lawyer, and certain he will help you.
