You show them purchase invoice or receipt and other bills and request him to issue a duplicate warranty card.Or if says even with bills he will attend to repair work then that also will be fine.Go to his shop as soon as possible and tell him about the loss of warranty card and what he would do? IN case he agrees for the above suggested alternatives no problem.Otherwise go to consumer court or LOk ADalat. Lok Adalat would decide your casewithin 10 minutes and ensures that you both reach a settlement.
