You can apply for divorce under section 12 (2) a-i citing fraud of Hindu Marriage Act 1955.

No punishment for you other than becoming divorcee and finding another male who is divorcee.

There is no punishment for this. Only you can file divorce . but you should rethink about this. Because divorce is not easy , you will spend a decade in court for divorce and after divorce it's not sure that next person will be truthful. Better adjust with this. Try to start a new beginning. Time will heal all wounds.

Now marriage done.  Now marriage itself is punishment

If you want to punish those relatives who arranged the marraige of your cousin, it will be a long battle of criminal trial which is not advisable due to difficulty in witness box. 

As advised by other's divorce is better option to get out of a 'unworkable' marriage.

There is no legal punishment as they alread informed broker.

It does not amount to fraud.

Going to court seeking divorce will only worsen the relationship.  I doubt divorce will be granted in this case.

You can do out of court settlement, pay boy some money and take mutual divorce, here he is in need of carer than the girl.

What I suggest is to get along with husband, take care of him, did you not hear the saying

say 100 lies and do one marriage.  Be an example to other women who cheat on husbands by standing by him, God will bless both of you. 

No use pursue court.  Even if divorced, finding match for divorcee women is very difficult.
