How to transfer a consumer court case???????

Sir kindly note .you may first apply for certified copies of pending court case by submiting application to registrar of said court. You may request and take exact address of state forum from said office.and submit transfer application with certified copies of pending case with affidavit mentioning reasons and grounds.good luck

Dear Sir, To transfer the case from Karnal to Gurgaon, you have to approach State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission of concerned state wherein Karnak Dist Forum is existing. To transfer a case from one Dist Forum to another, you have to provide a reasonable reason of transfer of case to State CDR Commission under Sec.17-A of Consumer Protection Act,1986. And at the time of filing of application under said section, you have to certified copy of the order sheet of present Karnal Dist Forum. And you can file a fresh case before Gurgaon Dist Forum after stopping proceeding at Karnal Dist. Forum.
