In the year 2004 EOW cid file case in kill court vide no 1900298/2004 filing date 28 dec 2004 against Mr. ladhu velji rosia and others. this case is handled by public prosecutor from police side. and we the witness for the same. Mr. ladhu rosia cheated with us , taken amount for flats and till date we have not given and possession. My question is what is the time limit for case due in court , is there any fast procedure to speed up the hearing. we get on date , but no hearing start. our witness is senior citizens. most of the members died and few are left. please suggest.
