I applied for trademark under Rules 2002 and my trademark application status showing Status : Advertised bef acc but in Examination Report Following details are showing:

Gentlemen/Madam,

The above-said application shell be advertised in the Trade Mark Journal as Advertised before acceptance under the provisions of section 20(1)of the Trade Marks Act,1999 subject to :be Associated with ********

As per New Rules 2017, How, where and what to reply for this examination report ??? Can anyone help me to sort out this examination report.

The Rules regarding Trademark journal are same under Trademark Act. There is no such amendment in this case.

You will have your Trademark Application approved within 4 months. If no one opposes your application. There is New Trademark Rules and also there is Trademark Registration online process now
