Is gym instructor is mandatory in residential society's gym?

Is Gym instructor is mandatory in residential society's Gym?

Gym instructor is not provided by builder, as per safety point of view I hired one for myself, but builder now charging fees if the instructor is assisting me during workout. I feel builder's ask for fee from instrustor is not fair but I am not sure so just want to ask the same in this forum.

what I feel, first of all if builder is providing gym with heavy equipments then there should be instrutor for users safety, is that is not a norm by any law??

I appreciate if anybody help in that, whats legal what not.

Thanks

Manoj

It is not mandatory to appoint a gym instructor in a society unless it is specifically mentioned in  the bylaws of the society.

Is your society registered? If yes.. then the builder has no authority to interfear in the internal matters of the society.
