Vacate a rented propertybefore expiry of lockin period

Respected Sir / Madam,

I have entered in a rent agreement with the owner in month of March 2016.

The agreement has a lockin period of 3 years. But to Lack of business, i am having issue to honour the lockin period.The property is located in Noida, Uttar pradesh.

Kindly provide me a solution to it.
