Vipul with out consent of her husband if u are leaving with her then it amount to offence under IPC. U will be punished regrous imprisonment for it.

Better to wait till her divorce and then marry her.

In such case in a contested divorce case wife argues for divorce and court rules in her favour she will get divorce. In any case what you have to remember is till court delivers divorce judgment and appeal period for husband is over you should not go for live in relationship . 

Make a rental agreement and let out your flat to her.

Hi vipul without divorce she cant live with you and not you if you do the same than her husband file case against you and its become difficult for you 

so plz wait till time she could not got divorce from court after you will marry to her its good way for you

First and foremost, never run behind a 498a girl.  Never.

Dont go for live-in relationship with anyone, man or woman.  It will work until the day you keep banging each other ie while having s*xual intercourse.  There is always risk of being caught under 497 IPC and you will go to jail, not her.  She will find someone else to bang around while you count bars inside jail cell.  The other part is, while having s*xual intecourse, your mind will also drool over her like a small puppy,  Once she gets tired of you or you get caught in 497, you both might call it off, but your mind will not, it will keep drooling until it finds solace.

Someday it will find solace, by that time you would have been married, divorced, got into live-in realtionship, failed in that too, and just sit and ponder the real reason for your existence. So dont go for live-in, find some other girl, martrimonial market is filled with divorcees, annulled, separated, widows.  Lot of choices.  So think about it.

If you are nuts over her and drooling as it appears.  Pay her husband one time alimony so that he will give her divorce, and you can get her divorce, and jolly well enjoy (life with) her.
