What is additional judge & disst judge is bound others states hc judgements ?

what is additional judge & disst judge is bound others states HC judgements ? pls send any judgements pls send . because many lower court is not maintain this condition

Judgment of particular High Court is binding on all the subordinate courts, and in case of conflicts between the two High Courts, the Subordinate courts will follow the pronouncement of the High Courts which controls it. The Judgments of another High Court have only persuasive value.
