Improve justice

Parlimenterans: Citizens Right to recall, suspend & terminate permanently:  The Constitution has its begining by words "Govt. of the people, Govt. for the people & by the people"  Second Parliamentarians are civil servant then: it includes a right to recall, suspend & terminate permanently their civil servant as  Parlimenterans have been given powers & they frequently use it to terrorize civil servants.

The only thing is it should be openly discussed file PIL with SCI & get clarification. 

1. The Gvts have gone about 5TH, 6TH Pay Commissions to ALL roll callers V/s this elderly has raised pension. Who knows whether he got his accruals etc?

           - I definitely join the elderly in the complaint that the FMs have NOT DONE GOOD.  This elderly has involved in DIGITIZATION, something that was not even known in the public domain 20 years ago & he has, is suffering ignominy, deprivation. I record my own pain in the public domain: I suffer even for food, shelter, safety, sleep, bath, toilet.  

           In DA raise every 6 months, the FMs, the Gvts have let down, HARMED the people who sacrificed their comforts, food.

          - Having seen quiet a lot, want to vent out that very recruitment in many, many cases is questionable. Fellows have got pEEEErmanent Gvt jobs, all for thieving from locked room, terrorising, bad mouth. The Gvt job seeking youngsters have even been prodded to stab the targets.

1A. Mode of Recall of PEEEERmanent EMployees be worked out. Very recruitments are questionable in many many cases. They enjoy PERmanently for 30-45 years & do all sorts of sins on others. Blood should be changed. 

                          - Every nia paisa of common pool money be Accounted, be given to the correct beneficiary & let not even a paisa be given to anyone just because s/he managed to scribe his/her name on roll.

                          - Let no one, irrespective of what keep on sucking pEEErmanently for 30-45 years. Let other people, other God's creations: Animates & inanimates live with satisfaction. Gvt job roll callers should not be pampered so much.

2. RECALL! Great. IT IS A NEW ASPECT. HOW DOES THE RECALL WORK?

Lot more changes are needed in the Gvt machinery. Let all of them be deliberated.

Let not the people who did the wonders suffer perpetual ignominy, deprivation, frustration. All of us have ambitions & toil to reach that. Let no one spoil them in the name of this & that. - Let no corrupt person, process; irrespective of who, what keep Njoying on & on.

My God! another painful Pay Cmsn. Lot of hopes were there on this Gvt/FM. The pampered will live even more happily & the sufferers will suffer even more. But this Gvt/FM has also let down common man, nature, God.

How right the elderly was! All are same, only the party names, faces etc are different.  - Were the Govt roll callers paid anything less. Why pEEEEEEErmanence, pEEErmanent pampering, Politics, irrespective of party is one & same.

Sir, it will be nice if you & the ilk raise up & enablewhatever that will stop these, cause justice in earlier injustices.

The members may add value to above & some items that will form good content for the thread are suggested below:

1. Deficiencies.

4. Suggestions.

5. Desirable qualities, parameters, design.

These apart, the members could also post:

A). Affirmations & Commitments to the cause.

B). Material that set an agenda for the future.

C). Day to day happenings which need the forum's attention.

D). Developments in politics, political parties, parliament, gvt. offices etc that are worrying them

The lists are not exhaustive & members are welcome to add more value.

Law professionals & students need no lists & they need take a lead role in designing the Constitution-II.

It is pertinent to note that these are v.v. magnanimous tasks, involve lot of aspects. These are for welfare purposes & not meant for any specific indivdual & the society need volunteer to work on, for the social cause in question.

Pay commissions are fraud on people.

Power groups - elected representatives, public servants, judicial officials, public sector employees for this group and increase ther own benefits and entitlements in tandem.

All public servant benefits can be linked to average pay of workers and professionals and there is no need for pay commissions.

Absolutely right. Only such system can be self sustainable. Lest, someone eats & eats for entire life at someone else's cost. ...... 

Very mechanism that scribes people's name on rolls is full of fraud & double fraud. - pEErmananance DOBLES THE FRAUD & FROM THEN ON THERE IS NO CONTROL AT ALL: TIME BOUND PROMOTION, PICNICS ALL ACROSS, EATABLES ON & ON- This MACCHINNARY is ruining India's everything: Ethics, work culture, self sustainability, professions that got India at the top most slot......

Equality is all on papers, talks. But everything is being done to create, maintain inequality. Practically, it is all discriminations, reverse discriminations, partiality, groupism, paraphernalia, buttering etc in everything, right at the concepts itself. Ingenuity, honesty, hardwork etc are not at all winning propositions. Whatever is left is all eroding fast with the older generation & things are drifting out of hand. What to do? Whom to cry to? How to get Justice & help do Justice in Justified ways?

	LCI  is best platform but maximum registered lawyers must give their responses in time. Online petitions submissions must be allowed. All documents works must be provided through online by govt. departments/court section offices.Section 89 of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) provides for alternate dispute redressal mechanisms (ADRs). An outgoing pm set 7TH Pay Cmsn in the last 3/4 days of the term without getting the mandate of the Ruled.  It is a major decision that affects entire populace. But the gift of miseries came in. Camsn, minestry, gvt gave NOTHING SATISFACTORY in meaningful RTI on planning, burden, sources etc. Complaints to authorities got neglected & NOTHING GIVEN IN REPLY. Unions have taken to things they are familiar with & got sign on pc. Then, fence itself ate up the grass, while fence could have protected the common man from the onslaught. What to do? What to do?

Sir, Page 83 of the report expressly asks to do away with this DA system. Yet news Dt: 28.10.16 is that pmo has signed 2 % DA raise FROM JULY-16. Serious graft, violation has happened. These chaps are being pamphered on & on. Perhaps bankcruptcy of ideas, greed for material things.

There is so much to do, so much, so much. So many meaningful projects have got no funds. Beings, nature is being slaughtered in broad day light, all with authority & smiles! The causes, the society is suffering & this innocent looking diwali cracker (nuclear leak) will turn to be license to increasing headaches, burdens for every 6 months. This graft will cause minimum of 20 more such raises, all sorts of numbers randomly - 3, 5. 9. 12, 4, 6 ALL IN PERCENTAGES !!! Nature, common man, values will get wiped off.

A wrong has to be called a wrong. 

INDIA, INDIANESS NEEDS JUSTICE PLEASE.
