Of late it is seen that The Hon Supreme Court has been very soft on Film stars and politicians. These people can get their desired favourable orders in no time where as the common people are made to suffer all the time, There should not be any biasness.

film star and politicians are NOT COMMON PEOPLE. they are very important personality. with them our economic, political, social interest are closely related.
with salman khan billions of rupees are invested. if he got punished like common people, the entire bollywood film industry have to suffer, the producers(usually banks or venture capital) will suffer etc. so he should not be punished like common people. besides he has paid 19 lakh rupees to the effected party.
with politicians the functioning system of india will suffer. so uncommon people cannot be punished like common people.
