This is regarding Interim Maintenance u/s 23 of DV Act 2005. My wife filed DV case in Sept 2007 and awarded Interim Maintenance Rs 3000, which is being paid regularly since then. The case is still under proceedings.She has now filed for INCREASE in Int. Maintenance in ACJM Court,(same where the case is under consideration).
This I understand is dealt with u/s 25 of the Act. My query is - Does the Sec 25 empower the Court to revise/modify Interim Maintenance Order too, or is it applicable only for the Final Order ? Can the Interim Maintenance be modified/revised anyway??
