My question is pertaining to a General Power of Attorney -
To make the question clear here is the situation -
1) A property is registered to 4 people. Out of the 4 owners, 2 owners have passed away.
2) One of the owners uncles claims that he was given an irrevocable GPA by the 4 owners a long time ago and is now executing it, 30 years later.
My question is, is this claim valid? I would really appreciate your experts insight on this.

Sir,
Was that GPA which was given to the uncle is registered ?
GPA with the 4 persons is registered?

The one with the Uncle(GPA) is claiming to be registered.
The heirs to the 2 owners who passed away have no clue. The other 2 who are alive cannot remember neither :)

Hi
Even if one of the person who has given the GPA has died, the whole of the registered GPA is invalid. In your case it appears 2 of the 4 owners who had given a GPA has died. hence you are double safe.
