Dear all, I booked a 1 BHK flat with one of Noida builder from Pune but he didn't confirm booking after even one month, I send them a cancellation request by his company email to the person who claimed to be VP of that company and made my booking but after sending cancellation request, he is not responding to my mails, mobile calls and whatsapp messages, I also called the customer care number even they are not ready to confirm anything and nowadays even don't pick-up my calls.
Can anybody please help me how I can get my refund of booking amount from such an unethical builder and such unethical individual marketing professionals who make fake and false commitment? I have transferred booking money in builder account by RTGS and got the payment acknowledgement/ receipt.
