Bounced cheque fir

Why do U intend to file a civil case? U have to file a criminal case u/s 138 NI ACT,within 45 days from the date of issuing the statutory notice.Why file an FIR?

Shall we file FIR after serving registered post to the defaulter NO.

we file civil case after waiting for 15 days after cheque bounced? ITS CRIMINAL. 138 OF NIA.
