Right against property of deceased father with out will

Hi All,

My Father in law has constructed  two Houses. One House is registered in My mother in law's name and the other in Father in laws.

My Father in law has expired and he has left no WILL.

My Mother in law is selling both the houses.

She says that daughter has no right against the properties .Is it  Correct

It is not correct. Your wife have equal share in her father's property along with her mother.
