NIA Trial-Summons Served on 1 Partner
In a complaint u/s 138 NIA against a partnership firm, the summons have been served on 1 of the 3 partners. The other 2 partners are not available
What will be the trial procedure in such as case?
Will the Court keep waiting till all the partners are served or the trial will start against the partner who has been served?
