dear learned colleague

According to me Evidence Act as well as courts accepted IT act. Thus Arbitration proceedings also should accept IT act.

dear colelague

I wish to further add that first and foremost principle for arbitrator is to strictly follow

PRINCIPLES OF NATURAL JUSTICE. Most of the awards were overruled by courts because

of lack of observance of principles of natural justice by the Arbitrators apart from observing the

basic principles of evidence.
