Cheque bouncing

Supreme Court came with this decision on the point of jurisdiction in cheque bouncing cases, It will be halt to the business in the country as well as abroad, By this decision nobody is going to sell their products on credit basis as the 80 % business runs on credit basis in India. No business man would like to file a complaint 1000 miles away from their business place. There will be loss of employment, progress of the country so many other aspects related to this. It really needs to be changed any how Bombay High court has already shown true and correct view though halfheartedly keeping in mind the respect and lawful   attitude toward the Hon’ble Supreme court in the case Mr.Ramanbhai Mathurbhai Patel V/s State of Maharashtra & Anr.on DATED : 25TH AUGUST, 2014

While My Friend has posted correct picture and effects of the Supreme court Judgment, infact by way of this judgment all years old cases are being re structured by way of fresh filing and fresh process of summon to the accused, so judicial exercise of years in existing case also becomes useless, This is an actual burden on the judiciary.
