Lr.Friends,
I am new to Trademark efiling. I have obtained a dsc, successfully registered with Trademark portal and I have even filed a Madrid application. But, when I tried to file a new application (TM-1), I dont know how to add a new proprietor. Pl advice me as to how to add a new proprietor while filing a new application.

Dear Mr. Ramachandran
Click on the button PROPRIETOR--> SELECT OR ADD NEW PROPRIETOR-->SEARCH PROPRIETOR--> enter the proprietor name and click on SEARCH--> ADD NEW there enter all the details of the proprietor and click on SUBMIT. The system will provide you a proprietor code. This proprietor will add for that application.
