well it does amount to publishing and may involve you in offence of defamation

But sir, she made suicide plights and even threatened with a revenge.I was unable to contact anyone form their family over phone or inperson.Just throug public portals i was able to contact.
So it can be taken as same case,if email spoofing is in benefit of the life of the spoofer it can be taken as not an offence.?

Mr.Kiran is right. you may right anything but if you will name anyone then it is offencive and punishable.

when u write something then u also narate that "if the narrated post will match with anyone life it will be mere coincidence & not an intentional" so kindly take note...! it will quite safe guard u
