my wife filed crpc 125.
in which she showed my income 60000inr and court ordered 10000pm.
I showed me as unemployed in my answer. but court ordered 10000 . she doesn't have any proof of my income.neither she can get.
should I filed crpc 127 ....
or what to do. please advise.
I am on resignation because my mother in law filed 354 against me and I arrested for 14 days.now company resigned me on family dispute grounds. her father is a lawyer .so no lawyer supporting us . please sir answer. I m in mental trauma.
