I am married. I am a corporation bank clerk govt undertaking . my gross salary 300000/- and my wife is working in postal dept as a pa and her gross salary 330000/- my doubt am I creamy layer or not? And govt should take both salaries count to family income ?

Only your income is counted in this case. If you had no income then parents income is counted.
