cousin marriage

My cousin got married to a Malaysian girl and their marriage got registered in india but not in malasiya... before this their marriage life was not smooth .. had several issues and she went to malasiya many times and come back saying give me another chance ...now things are not going well..dont know how to proceed on this.

How to proceed furtherc depends on what your cousin wants from his marriage. If he wants Divorce, he should file for the same. If not, he can go for marriage counselling to save his marriage.
