surely your nephew born to your sister have right.

But the question is who died first, your sister or father?

even grandson get the share of the property of grand father though his mother predeceased his grand father

I presume that you are an Hindu, as per Hindu Succession Act 1956, if an Hindu male died intestate (without writing any Will) I Degree heirs become successors of his self acquired property, viz., your mother, your nephew and your self.  All are entitled to get equal share in your father's property.
