damage to partition wall

A and B living in a house which divided by raising a wall by B at his part house at his cost? Now share of B in inherited property. Now he wants to sell his part by demolishing wall too. Does can A claim for damage?

Have you filed any objections when B is making a modification to the structure?  When was the modification done? Has he been permitted by authorities for making such alterations?  What will be the problem to your structure if the wall is demolished?   These are the issues and contact a local advocate for bringing an injunction against such demolition, and the court decides on facts.

We cannot predict whether Aclaims or not.let B sell it if any consequence arises then advocates and court is their they will surely solve it y u worry about it.y advocates and court is their.they will fight for justice till their last breath.

it's an ancestral property divided between A and B later son of B raised partition wall. Now B's son want to sell his part of house by demolishing his part along with demolishing partition wall. can sons of A claim compensation or reconstruction of wall in A's part. as demolishing of partition wall leave oneside no wall to house. kindly suggest asap. thanks in advance
