WHAT IS THE LIMITATION PERIOD OF FILING SUIT AGAINST STATE GOVT IN CONNECTION WITH ACQUISITION OF LAND

Regarding what you want to file as suit. What are you aggrieved of.

However you cannot file any suit until prior one month Notice in lAnd Acquistion Act.
